Take a minute. Really think about it.
When did you last pause long enough to check in with your own energy, your own needs—not just your to-do list?
In the rush of everyday life, it’s easy to forget that you need recharging too. Not just sleep or food (although those matter), but real, mental-emotional space. A moment to breathe. A way to reset.
Recharging doesn’t have to mean candles, yoga, or disappearing to a spa. It could be as simple as sitting in silence with a cup of tea, walking without your phone, or taking five deep breaths before your next task.
It’s anything that lets your brain soften. Anything that brings you back into your body, even briefly. Anything that gets you out of your head.
So ask yourself:
What’s one small thing I could do today to recharge me?
Even five minutes counts. Especially five minutes.
Because when you take care of your inner battery, everything else flows better too.
