What is Alignment?

Let’s talk about alignment—without the fluff.

I know it might sound a bit “out there,” but alignment is the best word I’ve found to describe what we actually need: a calm, steady connection between mind and body.

The truth is, your mind isn’t meant to do all the work alone. When it does, it gets overwhelmed—fast.

That’s when we spiral into overthinking, anxiety, or just feeling stuck.

We’re good at looking after the outside—our teeth, hair, bodies—but how often do we clear out our minds?

Without a regular mental reset, your head gets crammed with old stories, thoughts, and memories that don’t serve you anymore.

Some of them weren’t even yours to begin with.

That’s why alignment matters.

It’s about slowing down, checking in, and creating space to think clearly again.
